It’s easy to get started…

As a property owner, you simply need to specify the dates your house is available to rent and the typical usage you are happy to rent for (for example, families only, or pet friendly…). We will take care of the rest – we will screen and check potential tenants, meet and greet all guests and offer a personalised concierge service for the guests. Upon check out, we will oversee the exit process, making sure the house is in top condition, and then manage the cleaning process.  In the event of breakdowns, or emergencies, we are on call 24/7 to make sure the tenants stay is an enjoyable and smooth one. All payments, bond and additional charges will be handled by us, and you receive your rental income at the conclusion of each month.

We are locally based and well networked in the local community. As a result we have relationships with the best trades and services in the region and can help keep your property maintained at the best prices and at very short notice.

Eyes and ears on the ground!

Being local means we are there when things happen. The region does experience its fair share of storms that can cause damage to some roofs, as well as anything not fully battened down. We will act as your eyes and ears and immediately respond in the event of an emergency.
